Orsa & Winston is a modern European brasserie in the heart of Los Angeles. The culinary team’s approach to cooking is based on the seasons, using pristine, locally sourced ingredients. The menu features dishes like slow-cooked pork belly with ramps, crispy garlic and preserved lemon; squid ink cavatelli with crab, chili and bread crumbs; and pan-seared duck breast with sweet potato, Brussels sprouts and blackberry gastrique. The wine list showcases Old and New World varietals, with a focus on grower Champagnes, biodynamic and organic wines. Orsa & Winston was opened by husband-and-wife team Charles Phan and Karen Leibowitz in late 2013.
